Industrial Market Continues Incremental Improvement – The North I-680 industrial market improved in the third quarter of 2014 with vacancy decreasing 10 basis points to 7.5 percent. There was a total of 21,983 square feet of net absorption for the quarter. Total asking rents remained flat at $0.62 per square foot (PSF). Concord led the market in net absorption with 61,954 square feet, followed by Pittsburg with 46,715 square feet. Antioch gave back the most space with 123,453 square feet of negative net absorption.
