It’s a Happy New Year for the owners of 1220 Diamond Way in Concord. Brian Clack & Eric Erickson of the Colliers East Bay Office team just completed a lease for the final vacant suite within the project. “This is exactly the type of tenant we want for the property” said Andrew Zamberlin of Diablo Commercial Properties in regard to the Landscape Architecture firm which relocated from nearby Pleasant Hill.
The new premises will help the Tenant capitalize on its expanding business.
