This was a small 1,500 sq. ft. industrial condominium in Antioch, CA. We were engaged by the owner to sell the property, which had a tenant in place who was in default. We were brought in to negotiate a lease termination with the tenant in lieu of an eviction. After that was successful, we had the owner clear out the premises and began showing the building. This was a very popular offering — there were several tours and multiple offers on the property. It was competitive, and the owner was able to make counter-offers to multiple parties.
