The East Bay Office Team is pleased to announce the recent lease of +/-2,975 SqFt at 1855 Olympic Boulevard to Neurocentria, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company with significant results in treating early Alzheimer’s Disease, and ongoing efficacy human trials on other neurological disorders, such as Schizophrenia and Adult ADHD. After being originally available for sublease, the landlord hired us to directly market the space. Brian Clack and Eric Erickson represented the Landlord.
