The East Bay Office Team is pleased to announce the recent sale of a +/-60,000 sqft parcel to a real estate investment company that specializes in hotel development. This was a difficult assignment because land sales of infill commercial lots are typically slow to find specialized users; speaking of needle in a haystack.
Both Seller and Buyer were professional investors and the Buyer did not require the escrow closing to wait for an entitlement process. Henry Englehardt and Eric Erickson represented both parties.
