After year’s long search the Buyer brought up an old Loopnet ad that showed a property for sale. We called the owner and asked if the property was still available for purchase as it was no longer on the market. He said anything was for sale and agreed to meet us and would entertain an offer. After some negotiation the deal was struck. The Buyer used conventional financing with Bank of the West. Eric Erickson and Peter Gutzwiller represented the buyer.
