After selling the adjacent property, we got to know the neighbor, who said he was planning to retire. He was interested in selling his practice with or without the building. We had a client who was coming up for lease renewal in 16 months and knew she wanted to move to Walnut Creek and preferably own. We showed her 56 Mayhew at the same time and it worked out that she liked this property better. Eric Erickson and Nick Ramirez represented both parties. The buyer financed the purchase with an SBA 504 loan. The Seller agreed to lease back from the Buyer for 14 months.
