We recently represented an employee benefits consulting firm at this class A office building located at the Walnut Creek BART station. Ygnacio Center was just recently purchased by LaSalle Investments from Chicago when we had brought the tenant on tour. We were initially interested in another space, but after the space plan meeting decided the management office was the right fit. Steelwave, the management company and former owners, were good sports and agreed to locate to another space in the property. The tenant signed a 5 year lease and was represented by Eric Erickson.
