We started on this assignment leasing the building for the landlord. Leasing activity was very slow in this sub-market. The Buyer initially offered to lease the premises, then later offered a price on the property. This was an owner user sale. Property had some construction defects from the exterior remodel and included a lack of a closed building permit. Eric Erickson represented the both Buyer and Seller in this transaction.
