We successfully represented the Seller in this off-market sale of a medical office building. The property was previously held in a partnership structure and required a conversion to tenant in common ownership, with the buyer —an existing partner—purchasing the remaining interest.
The 3-month escrow involved the coordination of three out of four partners, each with unique objectives. With the help of a tax attorney on the buyer’s side, the deal was structured to maximize tax efficiency, while we ensured that all parties remained aligned toward the shared goal of closing. Despite minor property condition issues, we maintained pricing and successfully closed the deal without major adjustments.
