This was a 9,192 sq. ft. national tenant representation account managed out of our New York office. The tenant had two locations in Walnut Creek that they wanted to consolidate. Each location housed a different division of the same company. As the local resource, we prepared a property survey and took the tenant on multiple tours. We worked through the corporate real estate process alongside our partners in New York and the tenant’s real estate department. Ultimately, the tenant decided to remain in one of the existing locations and expand on that floor, signing a five-year lease. Eric Erickson was the agent in this transaction.
