The Colliers East Bay Office Team recently completed the lease-up and sale of Civic Executive Park in Concord, a seven building 140,000 square foot project acquired in 2012 by local investor owners which was not performing and plagued with high vacancy.
Notable transactions included a 19,000 square foot, twelve year lease with the County and an owner user sale for a portion of the project for over 200 percent of initial purchase price. In less than three years our team sold six buildings totaling 88,000 square feet to owner users and investors and completed seven lease transactions totaling over 35,000 square feet; this was roughly 70 percent of the remaining building at 1470 Civic Court to bring the property to 100% occupancy.
