Colliers East Bay Office Team is pleased to announce the recent lease of 16,000 sqft by ITT Educational Services Inc. ITT is relocating its Concord campus to The Walnut Creek Executive Park, 2730 Shadelands Drive, which is owned by the Koll Company.
Colliers went above and beyond in providing tenant representation services, facilitating the relocation and lease negotiations, and acting on behalf of the tenant to procure the conditional use permit. Eric Erickson represented the tenant.
