The East Bay Office Team is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 1785 Arnold Drive to Western Healthcare Credit Union who will occupy it for their headquarters and branch. This was an off market sale. We were initially approached by the owner to value the property and put together a marketing plan for the eventual disposition. One of our colleagues from another office represented a credit union that was looking to acquire a property in the area. We showed the property to the credit union and they made an immediate offer.
