Previously occupied by a single tenant, the landlord was referred to the East Bay Office Team by Adria Giacomelli from Lockhouse Real Estate. Eric and Brian advised the ownership to subdivide the building into smaller units in order to meet market demand. The ownership then commenced a top to bottom remodel bringing this 1973 building to the latest building code and automation, complete with a new roof, exterior, windows and waterproof foundation. With a total of 9 transactions, the final tenant was brought in by Betsy Zimmermann of Cushman & Wakefield, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.
