Hired under an exclusive arrangement to procure an industrial building for this manufacturing company, we explored properties along the North 680 corridor from San Ramon to Concord but were unable to find a suitable option. After some convincing, the client agreed to consider properties just over the bridge in Benicia. There, we discovered a large, vacant single-tenant office building with manufacturing space. The assignment also involved the disposition of three separate spaces. Before putting the property on the market, we successfully secured two tenants.
