1220 Oakland Boulevard sold to a local investor who liked the stable occupancy with in place below market rents. The property was 100% leased to local credit tenants. We considered this property best of set with other properties in the immediate area coming on the market but not selling. This property has strong curb appeal, good access and superior parking.  Seller decided to dissolve its partnership and reinvest proceeds separately. We prepared an investment analysis and marketing package. The property was on the market for four months.
