Weil, has specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial properties since 1976, including exclusive tenant representation of lease renewals, lease restructuring, office facility relocation, laboratory and research & development, office property sales and build-to-suits.  Exclusively represented requirements include Pacific Gas and Electric Company (165,000 sf), Thoratec (67,000 sf),  AT&T (700,000 sf), State Farm (45,000 sf), Roche Diagnostics (45,000 sf), Impell (120,000 sf), Nationwide Insurance (72,000 sf) and numerous other firms.  Over 100 completed sales transactions ranging from 5,000 to over 200,000 square feet of investment and owner/user office properties.

Business and Educational Background

One of only 500 brokers in the United States to have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and NACORE’S Master In Corporate Real Estate Services with Honors (MCR.h) designations.  Founder of www.officetimes.com, one of the foremost web sites for corporate real estate directors.  Author and publisher of “Corporate Office Perspectives”, which is in its 36th year of nationally distributed publication.  Numerous nationally published articles on corporate leasing, subleasing, tenant representation and other topics.  Past national instructor on office leasing for SIOR and CoreNet (NACORE). Jeff is a past Vice President for the Northern California NACORE chapter and served for ten years on the SIOR Board of Directors.

Community involvement 

Mr. Weil has been active in youth sports, coaching little league for five years with the San Ramon Valley Little League, soccer for eight years as a Mustang soccer coach, and a past coach and manager of girls softball with  the San Ramon Valley Girls Athletic League.
